What data we collect
The site has no sign-up forms. Data we may receive includes:
- Data you provide directly when you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone: your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
- Data automatically collected by the live chat widget (Tawk.to) when you use it: visitor identifier, IP address, browser and device type, pages visited before starting the chat, and the content of the conversation.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before enabling them.
Purpose of processing
We use this data to respond to your inquiries, provide technical or commercial support, coordinate the assessment or delivery of our services, and improve the assistance we provide through our channels.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you voluntarily contact us through our channels, and on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial and technical inquiries.
Processors and international data transfers
We use Tawk.to Inc. to run the site's live chat. Tawk.to is a third-party provider that hosts and processes conversation data on servers outside Peru. By using the chat widget, your data may be transferred internationally to Tawk.to's infrastructure under the terms of its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties for purposes other than operating the site and providing customer support, except where required by law.
Retention period
We retain your contact data for as long as there is an active commercial or support relationship, plus any additional period required to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Chat conversations are retained according to Tawk.to's own configuration and retention policy.
Your rights
If you are in Peru, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO rights) under Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations. If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also grants you rights to data portability, restriction of processing, and to not be subject to automated decisions. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we receive, consistent with our own professional practice in hardening and information security. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
